The original document is required for signing.
If you received a notification by email, then the originals of the documents are in the attachment.
You can also ask the first signer to send you the originals.
Your signature does not meet the requirements set for one of the documents in the package. If the signature requirements for the documents are configured incorrectly, you need to contact your counterpart, they can make changes to the document settings.
